Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated delivery times are between 2 to 20 days depending on the service you choose to ship with and the country you reside in.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Major Minis is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at support@majorminis.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note that during certain releases, there may be increased processing times due to the sheer number of orders. We endeavour to ship out all orders as soon as possible and operate under a 'first in, first served approach' We thank you for your patience and understanding during these times.
